ABOUT ME

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Traci embraces wellness throughout the life cycle as key through: healthy eating and exercise support, workplace and community wellness initiatives, menu development and optimization, sports nutrition counseling and innovation with the foodservice and healthcare industry.

Wellness is always a work in progress and entails investing time and effort into nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, challenging the brain and social interaction. Traci works on her wellness through indoor cycling, yoga, stand up paddleboarding, live music and spending sunny days with family and friends on the water on Lake LBJ, Texas.
